How to start a return

Email us at evernear@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Conditions

Please return the item with all of its parts and, if possible, in its original packaging.

 

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take extra time to process and post the refund.
